The Points Program ("Program") is designed to incentivize sustainable transportation choices by awarding points for qualifying commute activities. Points may be redeemed for rewards as outlined in these terms. Participation in this Program is voluntary and open to registered users of the RidePro system who meet all eligibility requirements. Participants must maintain an active account and comply with all program rules. Points are awarded for verified sustainable transportation activities including but not limited to carpooling, vanpooling, public transit use, biking, walking, and telecommuting. Point values and qualifying activities are subject to change at any time without notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. The Program sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all unredeemed points will be forfeited. Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of transportation activities, or violation of program rules may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all points and rewards. Participation in this Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. The Program sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost points, or unavailable rewards. Participation is at your own risk. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The RidePro platform provides access to Tango Choice rewards through an integration with Tango Card, Inc. (“Tango”) solely as a service to our customers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or endorsing or acting on behalf of Tango. RidePro does not manage or provide rewards, reward fulfillment, and redemption services. We do not issue, fund, or control any rewards, nor are we responsible for their availability, accuracy, or value, and are not responsible for any questions, concerns, errors, or disputes related to Tango Choice rewards — including redemption issues, expiration, or lost rewards. By using this integration, you acknowledge that our company’s role is limited to facilitating the connection between our software and Tango’s services, and that we bear no responsibility or liability for any transactions, rewards, or outcomes arising from the use of Tango Choice or any associated reward programs.
